This is a best effort, and no guarantees are offered. If we are unable to process your order within 48 hours, you can request a refund no greater than your rush processing fee.
Certain parts of an order may be exempted from rush processing, at our discretion. This will include, but is not limited to:
*Block explorers, pool, faucets, and other services that require you to provide us a VPS to install them on.
*Any part of an order that requires input from you, whether it is implied, or by special request from you.
*Coins that you do not provide a logo for, i.e. having us create a logo for you.
In orders that contain ineligible items, rush processing will apply only to applicable items within an order.
